It has two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a back deck and front porch, a washer and dryer, on-demand hot water, and an off-street parking spot. It is very private and the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house. The unfurnished bedroom (can be furnished) has a private bathroom with a slipper-claw-foot tub. The ideal roommate is a grad student, professional, or retiree who pays household bills on time, negotiates household tasks, and keeps common areas tidy. Minimum 6 month lease LGBTQI+ friendly There is a 6 month minimum lease. First months rent + deposit must be paid in full upon signing the lease.
