This is a nice single wide that has been used as a rental. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, washer, dryer, frig and gas stove. Everything is functional. Recently repairs include new subfloor insulation and moisture barrier, new thermostat for HVAC system. Roof replaced in the last few years. Recent problem is heat strips are not connected at the proper amperage for functioning. Mold discovered in home which prompted sub floor insulation and moisture barrier. Additional mold in a wall and possibly in other walls and beneath the laminate floor. Tenant had to move. Price reflects work needed to mitigate mold and repair HVAC.
