Large food plot areasCleared food plotsTimber areaBox blinds

This is one we do not see very often. It is a very large property with significant timber and cover for the Deer and Turkey. It has only been developed for the owner and only one other hunter. There are several cleared food plots with rye in them now but with a little overseeding, you can make them what you want. Two of the larger plots (maybe 3 acres) have box blinds on them; one is elevated to about 15 ft and gives a great vantage point of the entire food plot and timber area it sits in. Both are located right off the edge of two bedding areas that are very thick and hold a lot of deer daily. To top it off, it looks at the back section of 200 acres of state land to the east that rarely sees a hunter. The front 40 of the property was cut about four years ago and is coming back very thick and provides significant cover and separation from the road. The large food plot areas are back about 550-600 yards from the entrance, with a ton of bedding cover between the entrance and the plots. The property is almost a blank slate, and additional plots and clearings can be added at will. There are no stands at all in the big timber, but there are many places where there should be one. The deer currently travel freely throughout the parcel, and many come from the state land in the back to feed here. The addition of a few more plots and some additional food would only increase the deer population this property would hold. It is also big enough to be able to manage the herd and allow you to let the two and three-year-olds walk knowing they will be there next year. This property is a good one and ready to hunt tomorrow. Give me a call today, and we can take a private tour of the property on my Polaris ranger.
