Fully stocked kitchen with eat in area; dining room table is great for gatherings or doing huge puzzles or games. TV in each room. Games, books, and videos available for use for all ages. All townhouses have 2 balconies (our front balcony holds the grill and lounge chairs and overlooks the parking lot; our back balcony has table and chairs and umbrella and steps down to the grassy area where all can play kickball, croquet or we have bocci. Both sides of home are feet to the beach and feet to the pool. Terrific location. Internet and cable hook-up. Two parking spaces under the unit and additional overflow parking lots. Outdoor shower in front/foot spray in back. This is rental property offers weekly Sat-Sat rentals during summer prime months. We offer monthly rentals during fall and winter months.
