The apartment is currently occupied, so I'll schedule in-person showings between June 18-27 for an August 1 move-in. I've tried to provide an accurate description and photos, so I'll accept and screen select applications before showings, but I prefer to meet in person prior to offering the apartment to a specific tenant. Please note: The displayed bathroom photos contain the current tenant's possessions. I installed a new bathtub immediately before they moved in, so I don't have any "unfurnished" photos of the bathroom.
