In March of 2017 we had all brand new electric wiring and service put in the whole house and garage. We also had the entire downstairs ceilings re done with strapping and new drywall and also put in ceiling fans in the living room and fireplace room. All new can lights were installed above the fireplace, in the entire kitchen, and the upstairs hallway. We turned in the one bedroom and a storage room into one big master bedroom making the house now have 4 bedrooms. Also had all new outside lighting put in on each entrance. The basement is now partially framed in with the intention of making the one big finished room.
