There's a BBQ on the patio and a small fire pit in the backyard. By this summer, there will be A/C in all living and sleeping spaces. When you get here, you can park up to 4 cars in the rear driveway or choose street parking in the front. The main master bedroom with a king-size bed is located on the second floor, together with the large master bathroom that features a balcony. There are 2 more bedrooms on the third floor, one with a queen bed and a twin bed, and another one with 3 twin beds. There is also a full bathroom on the third floor. The 4th bedroom is downstairs - which features a queen bed, as well as cozy family and game room for your group with a sofa that can be extended to a full bed and is very comfortable. There is a 3rd full bathroom on that floor, and you can also access the patio from there. The spacious living room, dining area and kitchen are on the first floor, right when you enter the house. There is also a half-bathroom on that floor. There's a large TV in the living room for the relaxing winter and spring nights. There's an additional toddler bed on the first floor if you're coming with your little family members, and we have pack and plays available. Just let us know that you need them. The home is perfect for your getaway to explore our little town or visit the nearby coastal cities in driving distance. Other things to note: No loud parties. No additional guests besides the ones in the reservation. If you have other people visiting that won't be a problem, but please let us know upfront.
