Harwood floor, but we include a wool carpet. This is a beautiful, safe, quiet environment with lots of green space outside, and key access to 2 SWIMMING POOLS and 2 TENNIS COURTS. We are a family that speaks Chinese and English, and understands foreign students. If we find the right person, we can rent to a student through May, 2027. Rent is due the last day of each month for the next month. (July rent is due June 30th). We pay utilities UNLESS your electricity or water usage is over 20% of our normal bill. In that case, we will ask for 20% of the bill that we pay each month. Room is clean. Tenant must keep the room clean unless they want us to clean it weekly, for an extra $100 per month. This is a residential neighborhood, we have kids. NO drinking or drugs.
