I am subleasing my apartment in Carson Street Commons. I love the place, but I am in the process of closing on a house. I can be flexible with move in dates and am willing to consider pretty much any time before the end of the lease (7/19/19). End of April/beginning of May move-in is ideal, and I would probably incentivize a quick signing of that. It's up to you whether you want short term or to extend. The office here will handle that and the whole lease signing process for the subletting or longer term. The apartment and area are great. I have lived all over the city, and this is easily my favorite. It's surprisingly quiet in the complex, and you can take or leave as much of the South Side as you want. It's great for professionals and night life seekers, and it couldn't be better for bike riding (flat trails and bike lanes to downtown, strip, lawrenceville, northside, etc.) The amenities: Kitchen - dishwasher, garbage disposal, spray-wand faucet (i believe you can upgrade to stainless steel appliances for $35/month) Washer and Dryer in unit Parking spot (garage available for extra) Big bedroom and large closet Plenty of storage space High Ceilings The office accepts and holds packages for you Tons of outlets Maintenance is awesome and available 24/7 Walking distance to 2 grocery stores, along with movie theater, bars, restaurants, and shops Several buses right on the corner Easy work-commute downtown I believe this is the largest 1 bedroom floorplan in the complex, which is nice, especially for the price.
