I love that the house is a bright, cheery, cozy, cottage that is a touch of historic beauty at 91 years young. The beautiful, completely renovated kitchen catches your eye as you enter in. The sun/dining room is so bright and cheery with all the windows that you have to smile. The front room is the cozy part with the wonderful fireplace and view of Mt. Angeles, add a couch and a big screen TV and you have couch potato paradise. The bathroom is immaculately white and incredibly bright. The rugs in the bedrooms and hall make for nice travel for late night trips to the kitchen or bathroom. Outdoors, the yard is well established with lawn, shrubbery and fruit trees as old as the house. At 91 years young the renovated old gal is very attractive with a new look. Many of the folks in the neighborhood have dropped by to admire the old gal with her new dress and comment how nice she looks.
