This unit is a duplex and the neighbors are great. This place is nice and clean. The landlord is awesome and very understanding. Moving out because we are looking for something a little bigger. New washer and dryer in unit. Dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds are allowed with landlords approval. Nice and quiet community and very close to WCU. Looking for someone to take our lease that is ending in April. Water, Sewer, Trash, and Yard Maintenance Included with rent.
