Classic tree lined street. One of "The" Steets to live on in Katonah as it is walking distance to everything in town. Hundreds of Trick or Treaters on Halloween as the entire community turns out for an amazing festival like atmosphere (you have to see it to believe it). The Fireman's parade and carnival run right off the street. Many Terrace residents have moved to other houses on the Terrace....nobody likes to leave. Its truly a beautiful place. If you want small town USA near NYC, this is it!
