The apartment and the bedroom are fully furnished, bright, clean, and spacious, with a small patio and garden. The apartment has been recently painted and partially renovated. It is part of a beautiful, luxurious complex with swimming pools, jacuzzis, an exercise room, a jogging trail, laundry rooms, and A lot of free parking is also available in the complex. The rent for the room is approximately $2160 (plus utilities). I'm looking for a housemate who wants to stay here till the end of April or May (or possibly later).
