The neighborhood is a currently a closed track. The only traffic you have is the neighbors. Summer times are great in the fact that lots of people walk laps and socialize. When I first moved there, my kids were little and made lots of friends with the other kids. Mostly middle-aged families with kids live here. My personal experience with the school system has been nothing but positive. If you do a goggle earth, you will find that all of the schools sit on one campus. This always impressed me. They do a great job on keeping the older kids from the younger one by all the different buildings.
