Unfortunately, I have some family issues to work out so I have to love closer to home to there for them. The management was great to me and always answered me back in a timely manner and fixed any maintenance issues that arose, which was very few issues because they take very good care of their building to avoid such issues in the first place. I choose to live there in the first place because the apartment was in a better condition than any of the other apartments I looked at in Iowa City, and it has an affordable price. Also, all utilities are included in the rent so it was used one bill to pay a month instead of several. To go along with that, the building is beautiful and QUIET. I never had any problem with the other tenants making too much noise for the 3 years I lived there, and it was always very easy to study in the apartment. This unit also shared no walls, so that also contributes to the quietness.
