The house sits on 10 private wooded acres, well off the road peaceful, modern, and well-kept yet an easy 15-minute drive to Carrboro and about 20 minutes to UNC. The available room is bright and inviting, with a vaulted ceiling and a beautiful arched window that fills it with natural light, tucked in a secluded corner of the house (other tenants are in the basement, room above garage, and a separate corner of the main floor, so you'll have plenty of privacy). It shares a bathroom with two other housemates. Take it furnished (bed) or unfurnished if you'd rather bring your own. You'd be joining a small household of clean, responsible, friendly working professionals (30s 60s) and two very mellow dogs. Everyone values a relaxed, considerate vibe social when it feels right, with plenty of privacy too.
