Docks and boat slips are installed in May and removed in October. The condo is at the deep end of the lake. The view of the lake is sublime, as are the sunsets reflected in the lake! The condo has two connected wraparound decks, providing tons of outdoor space and magnificent long-views of the lake! A fishing rod holder is on the wall tucked in beside the pantry, and a really lovely beadboard drying rack hangs in the hallway ready for wet things from time spent in the lake! Both sliding doors have been replaced and new windows installed in both bedrooms. While the biggest recreational draw for Bayberry Landing is the lake and docks, the property also has a firepit right next to the lake, a tennis court that can also be used for pickleball, lakeside storage for residents' kayaks, dock space for jet skis, and a Maui Mat for the kiddos! Bayberry Landing is a community of friendly residents. Social events are held on Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. For July 4 all the towns around the lake light flares to ring the whole lake!
