There is even a view of Mt Bachelor if you walk back toward the back of the property by way of the walking paths on the property. Sunrises are breathtaking. Visitors include elk, deer, river otters and even a beaver who started to build a dam last spring. Our home is actually much larger, but we close off our private bedroom and bath along with the loft area and garage for storage our personal items while we are away from home. The majority of the house is open, with and a large office and high speed internet suitable for remote work. Completely furnished, even linens and silverware. Just bring your clothes and personal items. $250 non-refundable cleaning fee. $250 Pet fee deposit required. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if property is not left in same condition as move in. NO SMOKING inside, or anywhere on the property, SMOKING is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of Security deposit. 41/2 miles to La Pine, 11 miles to Sun River, 25 miles to Bend, 30 miles to Mount Bachelor. OUR CONCERN IS FINDING PEOPLE WHO WILL CARE FOR OUR WONDERFUL HOME, KEEP IT CLEAN, AND ENJOY OUR HOME AS MUCH AS WE DO, WHILE WE ARE AWAY. Electric bills that exceed $150 per month are the responsibility of the tenant (we have a solar system, and heat pump, so bills are typically very reasonable). Yard care and snow removal are responsibility of tenant. ENTIRE property is non-smoking. Well and water and septic system have very limited capacity , so property is limited to one, or maximum of two tenants. Parking for 2 vehicles in driveway and/or RV.
