Doesn't have a dishwasher. Must maintain pool and yard. We require background, security deposit, pet deposit(s). We are hoping to get good renters again that can handle minor issues and won't necessarily be calling every time a light bulb is out. These pictures were taken 2 years ago, when cleaning before current tenants moved in. We will get updated pictures very soon. We just have not needed to enter the premises for any reason.
