Home has been recently remodeled. We gutted the bathrooms and kitchen, opened up the living room and kitchen space and installed all new cabinets, quartz countertops and new stainless appliances. The home has a new roof. We also put all new luxury vinyl plank flooring in for easy maintenance and a soft underfoot feeling. The air conditioner was replaced just a couple of years ago. Fenced in back yard, and a single car garage. We won't allow pets of any kind or smokers. No smoking and no pets of any kind. No history of violent crimes. No history of evictions. We require a background check. Failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form will disqualify. Lease term for one year. $2,200 security deposit due at signing. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities. Tenant must maintain landscaping to include keeping the grass cut. If unable to do so, Landlord can hire a landscaping company for an additional $100 per month added to the lease. Minor maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant. If there is a problem with a more serious issue (A/C, water heater, etc.), please contact the landlord immediately.
