House is with in walking distance of manchaca & westgate bus stops, ACC campus, Strange Brew 24hr Coffee Shop, Full English (yummy breakfast spot), & close to Central Market the new Wheatsville Coop, Target etc..Looking for someone who has: verifiable income of approx. $1,500 /month or more, good rental history, clean, interest in gardening a plus (house has lots of fruit trees, herbs, and garden areas!) smoker friendly (no tobacco smoking inside house please) Room is for one person please.Rent is $495 per month plus 1/4 utilities (usually between $75-150 depending on time of year) utilities include city of Austin electric, water, trash, gas, and internet service. Deposit is also $495 and a $35 lease application fee.Pets OK w additional pet deposit if non destructive & compatible with our Dog.
