Home was definitely not sold in 1991 for $2,500.00. I was living in home and paying mortgage since 1987- present day, so please get that grossly incorrect data off this and any site on which you've listed this error. Plus this home has never had forced heat. It has central air and heat (gas). Plus this home is the only one in this community with a full size large patio space. 2 full baths, walk-in closet in master bdrm. and more. Incorrect data like that you all listed will cause my home to be under-valued. So I will be looking for a prompt correction. Thank you.
