The renters are responsible for all utilities, water, disposing of rubbish, garbage, and other waste in a clean, safe and sanitary manner. If desiring cable and/or internet, it is the renters responsibility. The renter(s) will use and occupy the premises in a careful, safe and proper manner for residential purposes only. The yard is maintained by the landlord.
