It is easy access to I5 freeway connecting both north and south to The South Lake union Business district which includes Amazon. It is an easy bike ride or a longer walk to the University of Washington campus. The Woodland Park Zoo and it's nearby dog park is about three + miles away. This living unit is available September 1st on a year lease. First, Last & Security Deposit the security deposit may be paid over 6 months in equal payments if needed, Sweet pets are ok with a $30/month pet rent. The owner would like first month, last month rent and a security deposit if need be payable over six month's in equal installments. Tenant criteria for Screening * No smoking. * Income to rent ratio at least 3:1. Income/rent * No prior tenant evictions. * Allow SWEET animals only met by landlord.
