I am moving out of my current 400 square foot apartment on January 26, 2018. I am looking for someone to take over the lease through the end of May 2018. It is in a safe, secure, central location just east of (north) Lamar Boulevard, one block north of 51st Street. The neighbors are all courteous and friendly.
