Apartment management charges $100 per person added to the lease. We're willing to pay the application fee for the first tenant added to the lease. A refundable $300 security deposit is also required. Pets are welcome but tenants must pay the mandatory pet fee to the apartment management. The apartments have a non smoking policy.
