This spacious bedroom in a large duplex has a massive living area, allowing tenant to have separate living area and a separate bedroom, both of which are completely private from the rest of the house. Also has a private bathroom with a single-sink vanity and tub shower. Full kitchen, other main living area as well. I currently have the room curtained into a living area and a separate bedroom area. Closet is massive and handles all of my clothes and storage space. I bought a house and need to move out. There is one other person living upstairs in living quarters that feel very private and separate. I am pretty flexible on move-out date as I can be out quickly. You won't find a more convenient or affordable living option than this in Columbia. I moved in strictly to save money for my home and it was a great spot. Tenant splits utilities with other occupant
