SUNDAY OPEN HOUSE NOON 2PM IS CLOSED 5307 115TH LOOP IS RENTED. The homes that Wendi and I rent out generally rent quickly, but we've never seen anything like this. Within 48 hours of putting up the ad on our 115th loop property, we had received 61 full applications including many people with high 700's to 800's credit scores, and perhaps 20-30 more families that intended on coming to the open house before applying.
