wonderful small community that is very well kept; great neighbors on all sides; lots of kids in the area; very safe; the home is walking distance from Park Springs Elementary as well as several parks; local shopping (3 miles radius) includes four Publix supermarkets, The Fresh Market, Target, Super Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Burlington Coat Factory, KMart, Bed Bath & Beyond, BJs Wholesale, Circuit City, five Walgreens, three CVS, Office Depot, Staples, several movie theaters and soon the new Coconut Creek commons; local malls include Coral Square and Boca Town Center; restaurants too numerous to list; from a safety standpoint, this is one of the ONLY areas in South Florida that is not considered to be in a flood zone (even in a Cat 4 hurricane!)
