There are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and in the kitchen, a water-conserving shower head and toilet in the bathroom, a kitchen faucet with pull out sprayer, and energy-saving LED lights throughout. We just had new carpeting and kitchen flooring installed. The nitty-gritty: No pets (sorry!), and no smoking, vaping, or tobacco use of any kind. Note that you'll be responsible for any trash, electric, cable, and gas used at your house, but you will enjoy the electric, cable, and water rates Wyandotte offers its residents. There is a single water meter for both units, so the water bill is split by both (and is paid in addition to the monthly rent). The good news?
