Off-street parking is available. Our Cottage is 824SF. Owner pays water, sewer, trash, internet, and internet TV. For stays longer than 6 months tenant pays electricity. Shorter than 6 months, owner pays electricity. Stays shorter than 6 months, total cost of stay including deposit, cleaning fee, and taxes are due at signing of the lease. Stays longer than 6 months first month's rent, deposit, and cleaning fee are due at signing. Stays shorter than 6 months sales and occupancy taxes are due. Stays longer than 6 months no taxes are due. Small pets are accepted upon approval and require an additional deposit (one time fee) and pet rent (monthly). 1 parking spot is available in the driveway and free parking is available across the street in front of Prentiss French Park.
