The covered outdoor porch has seating.and a gas BBQ grill. There is a shared laundry room in the basement that you can access directly from your Unit. The Upstairs tenants can only access the laundry room from the outside door near the porch stairs to your Unit. Since the basement and laundry are shared, please keep the basement door in your Unit locked. As you enter the stairwell to the basement, there is a light switch on the left side of the door jamb that turns the basement lights on. Once in the shared laundry space, there is a light over the washer/dryer and the switch for that light is on the white cord near the window. We also provide wooden drying racks for your delicate items. There is also storage for a few items in the basement, such as your luggage. We provide once a month cleaning services to you, at no charge, by our Property Manager. We will provide you with the information you need to schedule those services once you have arrived in your Unit. If you have a bicycle there is a secure, covered, outdoor storage area under the porch of your Unit. There is a bike rack inside and the door locks with a padlock. Please be aware that the bike locker is shared by both Units and both tenants will have keys to it. Please do not, under any circumstances bring your bike inside the Unit. Maxium occupancy of this Unit is 2 people. No one else is allowed to live in the property during your rental term. Please be courteous and aware that there are tenants upstairs, some of whom may be day sleepers. Also, please note that there is no smoking or vaping on the property or inside the Unit.
