    Hey there. I am curious if anyone is interested in a rental in the shadow lawn area? The home is an 1100 square foot ranch, 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, and a fenced in back yard. Close to restaurants, parks, shopping, beach, and entertainment. Pets allowed at discretion of owner. Current rent is 2150/month. We rented the home while building our own and the construction was completed much faster than anticipated. We are hoping to sublet our rental for the remainder of our lease asap. Renter will also have option of extending the lease for another year. Current lease expiration is 5/31. we hope to sub lease this property through 5/31/23
