Other amenities are a common area coin-op laundry, private storage closets for some apartments, and a private covered bike rack. The residents form a cooperative community where they can connect in the outdoor areas and associated activities. There are sometimes potlucks, camp fires, and lots of friendly and helpful neighbor moments. The apartments are one-level, mid-century atomic-ranch style with an efficient layout ranging from about 525 to 625 square feet.
