-Renter will be responsible for all utilities. -Renter will be responsible for Home Owners Association (HOA) fees. -Renter will have no more than one Dog or Cat and will pay for a professional to shampoo the carpets when the lease is over. -No smoking in the home. -No Drugs use to include marijuana in the home. -Maintenance of the front and rear yard will need to be completed in accordance to HOA policy. -No more than 4 individuals will be using the house as their home. -If a 12 month lease has to be broken early an extra full months rent will be needed to be paid in order to break the lease early. -The home will not be used for a business.
