The minimum credit score is 700 and the percentage of rent compared to the gross monthly income should not exceed 33%. We will consider a lower credit score or higher percentage with compensating factors. In addition to a zillow credit check and background check, an additional credit check by landlord will be required along with contacting all current employers and the current landlord to verify employment and income and if the previous rent has been paid on time. Modifications to the home, such as painting or hanging TV's on the wall, is not permitted. Additional requirements will be fully disclosed in the lease agreement.
