Please align your expectations that this is not a house. It does use a Nature's Head composting toilet that requires certain regular measures. It sits on the pasture of our rural lakefront acreage. It has all the amenities of a home, except for a flushing toilet, laundry, and a dishwasher. The kitchen has a working gas cooktop, a combination toaster/microwave/air-fryer oven, a sink, and a refrigerator. The AC will keep you cool in the hot summer temps. Our household membership to a private lake provides for swimming, boating, fishing, walking, wildlife viewing, and more. 12-month lease. $650/mo plus $250/mo flat rate for water, electric, and WiFi (internet), recycling, and trash service. No Smoking. No pets. Proof of income, credit, reference, and background check required.
