We've owned this home almost 30 years and lived in one of the units for 13 of them. As an investment property this duplex has a great record of low turnover. Most tenants stay for years. When we've had openings we always get a huge response to our ads which gives us many prospective 'qualified' tenants to choose from. A great home in a great location, in a great neighborhood - we will certainly miss beautiful Lake Chemung!
