The rent also includes use of a monitored security system through Safetouch that covers all doors and windows. We have an application process and do conduct background checks, credit checks and criminal history as part of our process. We will also verify current income and employment. All applicants living in the home must be on the lease (with the exception of minors.) The application fee is $35 single or $60 for joint applicants. The rent is $950 per month with a refundable security deposit of $950. We also require a $250 non-refundable pet deposit for those with small pets subject to approval. Our insurance does not allow us to rent to tenants with large dogs especially pit bulls or pit mixes, full sized Dobermans, Chows, Rottweilers etc. Feel free to inquire.
