Furnished Apartment , 3 Bedrooms Property will not be available until 9/1/22 . I am looking for 2 people ONLY. All utilities included, Full Kitchen, Bathroom , Bedroom dining & sitting area. Fully furnished, Washer & Dryer in apartment. The tenant must be extremely clean & organized if this is not you save yourself the stress as I have no tolerance for (messy or dirty tenants) . I will & have nicely evicted dirty tenants. I clean the house upstairs and downstairs myself (2 x's a month hoping to get this to 1 a month with the correct tenants) , landlord provides bi-weekly cleaning of property & inspection. You are expected to clean , remove trash weekly and I deep clean this is Philadelphia. If this isn't you I can refer you to other landlords that are less picky. No pets, no drugs illegal ones the best drug is 2 or 3 jobs keep your mind and emotions occupied , non smoking tenant/visitors welcome . I do not have children I am no one's mama. Immigrants welcome/Philadelphia is a safe haven for all that come here to work. I am the best landlord in Philadelphia and have had long term tenants that vouch for it. If it breaks I will fix it .Looking again for two and there will not be 20 a few months later as I am there 2 times a month at the least cleaning/checking & inspecting. Prefer room-mates. Available 9 1 22. Furnished utilities and internet/TV included. References, clean individual.
