Full home security and automation system with HD security cameras, smoke detectors, lighting controls, and video doorbell which is great for keeping an eye on the kids and protecting your family. We are currently painting, changing carpet, and doing some landscaping, tree work, and grass repair. The price will go up as this gets completed. You won’t find a home with higher end features anywhere near this price range. All electronics, workout equipment, appliances and even furniture if you want it is included depending on the offer. Closing date will need to be after 9/1 or we could close right away and rent it back til 9/1. I will add more pictures as we get it ready but figured I would list it and check interest.
