New one bedroom studio on the Riviera. One mile to Trader Joes, Sprouts and CVS, 2 miles to the beach. Fully furnished queen bed and pull out single couch bed. Full bath and kitchenette and separate entrance with onsite parking. No stove, but toaster oven, double burner and mini fridge. The unit is located below our family home, so footsteps/noise can be heard during hours when the kids are there and active (7-745 am and 430-730pm and on weekends). No pets. Shared backyard with jacuzzi and outdoor gym equipment and views. Prefer month to month, but open to long term.
