AS OF NOW THANKS TO THE GREEDY BANK I HAD I AM NOW LEETING THE BANK HAVE IT BACK, BESIDES THAT THE HOUSE IS SINKING, AND THERE IS A 100 FOOT EMBANKMENT RIGHT BEHIND IT. SO EVENTUALLY IT WILL COLLAPSE, HOUSE WAS IN A FIRE ALSO WHICH WAS NEVER REVEALED TO ME WHEN PURCHASED....BUYER BEWARE Neighborhood Description crime anywhere here is very low, cost of living is a joke compared to any big city, taxes are 505.00 a year, i know people who pay thousands a year, no drug dealers hanging on the corner, no illegals, very safe city, it is called the model city and the people here pretty much live by it, people here are friendly. i came here on a job assignment and never left, and have no regrets yet, plenty of things to do also, if you are in the medical field this is the place to be.
