This is an elder home. It is a four bedroom 1.25 bath. There is nothing major wrong with the home except for that he did have a leak and the renters did not let me know so the subflooring will need to be replaced. It has a brand new roof on it. I put on it 10 years ago. Other than little cosmetic works. This house is absolutely a great place to live. It’s quiet. Nobody bothers you. It’s got a big O yard. It’s absolutely amazing.
