Looking to sublet my studio in West Philadelphia starting in January. I honestly adore this place and am relocating for work so I have to give it up. Room is $895 a month but all utilities are included (Internet, water, electric, AC/Heat, trash pick up, laundry). Small building full of mostly students who are all very quiet. 10 minute walk to Upenn, 15 minutes to Drexel. Comes furnished with a desk and bed frame. Laundry included on each floor of the building. The management company is really great and attentive, always available via text. The building is brand new and I was the first person to live in this room so it's like brand new since I've been away from Philadelphia most of quarantine.
