We're looking for 1 tenant for our 2 story 3BR, 1.5BA townhouse in Mountain View. The house was just remodeled 6 year ago and is in very good condition. ROOM RENT AND TERMS: Room is about 110 sqft. We also provide simple furnitures like bed, mattress, desk and chair. There is NO private bathroom. Minimum lease term is 1 year. The rooms utilities are shared among all tenants (~$150/month/person), including internet. We all sign separate lease with the owner. THE HOUSE: The common area in the house are already fully furnished (full kitchen with equipment, sofa, kitchen table, chairs, TV etc.). The house also has AC and heater, which are very important in those hot days. CURRENT TENANTS: The current tenant is a male engineer working at Google. Another tenant is a gym coach. They are open, trustful and easy to get along with, which you should be too. What (ideal) tenant we're looking for: We definitely prefer people with whom we can socialize at least a bit and not just "live" quietly next to each other. Other than that we don't have any specific preferences. Pets and smoking in house are not permitted but other than that it's a freedom land :-) THE HOUSE: The whole house has ~1100 ft2 and 3 bedrooms. The house is in a really awesome shape and was remodeled 6 year ago with high quality materials and workmanship. There's even a pool at the site. It's located at Tyrella ave, about 1 mile from mountain view downtown (castro street) and close to companies like Google, LinkedIn, NASA, etc.. . Besides the nice house there is a shared community pool in 10 meters distance from the house. The house is in private ownership of a very friendly married couple. Features of the house: - Air Conditioning - High quality tiles in 1st floor, hardwood floor in second floor (you'll love it if you're not a fan of carpets everywhere, like us) - 3 Bedrooms and 1.5 Bathrooms (Full bathroom and 3 BR on on 2nd floor, 0.5 bathroom on 1st floor without shower) - Swimming pools, and playgrounds are in the community area - Short distance to restaurants, farmers market, library, shops, GYM, schools, etc. - Friendly neighborhood, close to bike trails and great walking/jogging trails.
