The home comes completely turnkey and includes furnishings, linens, towels, kitchen essentials, landscaping, golf cart access, and kayak use for a seamless extended stay experience. Prior to move in first and last month's rent will be due for any leases longer than 6 months. Utilities, WiFi, and trash service may be included as part of an all inclusive lease option, but this is case-by-case. A refundable security deposit and professional cleaning fee are required prior to move-in. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Tenants are required to maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term and will be responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Golf cart use is subject to a signed liability agreement and valid driver's license requirements.
