Where in LA is your work site or school? 2) Do U drive, or use public transport. ? 3) Do U smoke cigarrettes? 4) What R yr typical sleeping hours? 5) What is yr gender? What R yr views on variants in gender and sexualities? 6) R U ok with small dogs? This hillside house is a cheerful one, recent construction. There are 8 foot ceilings. San Gabriel Mt. views from the front porch... Each of the 3 bedrooms has a good separation from the others. If your car is 16 feet or less, we can do end-to-end driveway parking. There are new appliances, including large LG fridge, jumbo LG washing machine, clothes dryer and auto dishwasher. The house has central A/C, WIFI and a fair number of cable TV channels; a separate cable box is avail. for the 3rd roomie at no charge. There is a big, gym-quality Nordictrack treadmill with lots of different settings. Someone with a few words in his head--for conversation--would be interesting. U must NOT smoke cigarettes. A NIGHT OWL would be real compatible. We are educated, low-key, mature and stable gay guys (a cohabitating duo, not "a gay couple"). You must be OK with doggies; there are three. The house is an EASY drive to KECK med. school, about 3 miles along Huntington (which becomes Soto). It's also an easy drive to CSULA, about 4 miles away. There's a Metro stop at Van Horne & Huntington. $620 deposit; month-to-month rental agreement. You pay 30% of electricity, sewer & water charges (the only variable utilities). Nothing for cable TV, WIFI or gas. The available upstairs room is on the small side, just 100 square ft; already has a bed, but could be totally unfurnished. There is a fair-sized closet (not a "walk in" quite). A full bath is directly across the stair landing from the room; this shower/bath is shared. PLS DON'T ASK IF U CAN MOVE IN WITH A BF/GF or yr mother, etc. Another small dog potentially possible though. Month to month only, 30 day notice from either end. No lease.
