Pets ARE allowed. This is one of the best one bedrooms in the complex. The only one with an extended deck/patio, faces the back of the property, largest storage unit downstairs. Ceiling fans in bedroom and dining room, breakfast bar, TONS of in unit closet space. High efficiency toilet is only 6 mos old. Vanity and shower areas in the bathroom are separated for easy dual, simultaneous use! It's a quiet community in a convenient neighborhood. Mostly young professionals, families and graduate students. Bus comes once per hour to downtown most of the day and more often at rush hours. Very close to bike path...about 4 miles to the capital. PETS are allowed. Zillow added that they aren't, but they are. I cannot find where to edit this on zillow!
