The House: The house is beautiful. It comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, living room and a full basement. We have a washer/dryer in the basement and a huge fenced backyard. It can become an incredible backyard by planting berries and fruit trees, creating planter boxes. You walk into the dining room from the main entrance where you can enjoy coffee on the front patio. The west side of the house is lined by either a beautiful wooden fence, or tall bamboo so you can have privacy. There are tall mature palm trees in the front yard that give this house a Bahamas feeling - a little bit of sunshine and happiness during this rainy season. The living room comes with a fireplace and beautiful original windows. The kitchen has been updated with grey granite countertops and white cabinets. The kitchen has a dishwasher, Fridge and stove and pantry as well. Bedroom 1: This is a large bedroom on the main floor. Great sunlight and tall ceilings. There's also a walk in closet as well as a side room off of this room. You also have access to the backyard where I plan to build a nice deck/patio where you can enjoy coffee in the morning with views of the large backyard. Bedroom 2: This is a medium sized bedroom on the main floor. Great sunlight and tall ceilings. There's also a walk in closet off of this room. Bedroom 3: This is a smaller bedroom on the main floor. Great sunlight and tall ceilings. It would be great for someone who enjoys living a minimal life and sees their bedroom as a place to sleep, but doesn't need a lot of closet space, or room for a desk/dresser/etc. Also would work great as an office, or reading room. If you're interested, let me know a little about you and when you're hoping to move in. Rent Terms: I'd like for you to stay at least 6 months, but it's really up to you. I'm not going to hold you to something if life is pulling you in another direction. You will be responsible for gas, electric, water, and I will cover trash and cable. To Move In: Ideally First, Last and a security deposit equal to Rent. If this is a problem, we can figure out a way to pay it overtime, so it's not so much up front.
